I'm certainly appreciative of all the good I've got...would just be so nice to have a balance of feeling o.k. in the here and now and having a little 'if only' every now and again. Too much of one or the other makes a girl a little crazy, no? And yes, try these hand pies! If I were to do them again, I may add a little mascarpone or bit of almond paste in with the apricots. I thought I wonder if there is a recipe for those gawd-awful Hostess pies, but ones you actually want to eat. And ta-da, this pops into my box! Hope to try them this week.
