I&#039;m certainly appreciative of all the good I&#039;ve got...would just be so nice to have a balance of feeling o.k. in the here and now and having a little &#039;if only&#039; every now and again. Too much of one or the other makes a girl a little crazy, no? And yes, try these hand pies! If I were to do them again, I may add a little mascarpone or bit of almond paste in with the apricots. But if you&#039;re using seasonal, sweet fruit--they&#039;ll be great the way they are. Enjoy.</description>

Now about those hand pies...I made some olallieberry pop-tarts for a friend who adores olly berries. But I wasn&#039;t happy with them. I thought I wonder if there is a recipe for those gawd-awful Hostess pies, but ones you actually want to eat. And ta-da, this pops into my box! Hope to try them this week.</description>
